i like it. i recognize it requires a different ‘attunement’ than your previous work and does not get to one in the same way; in order words it is a little less obvious though, I think, as qualitative if not better — especially as you know must have a greater understand of the craft of electronic music now than when you composed your first songs. i definitely see a ‘rebound’ or ‘reinterpretation’ of your american roots/origins — this quiet, slow thrill of night drives, a moment so typically american. i encourage you to keep on feeling free about the topics you choose for you work, remember you must please yourself first through your work, the people around you come afterwards (and here i refer to ed bangers, fans that may not get you at first sometimes, etc). in any case, i cheer you: keep up the good work!
